EDWARD PACHETTI JOINS CHILD’S PLAY COMMUNICATIONS AS ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR, TECHNOLOGY GROUP

NEW YORK CITY, March 19, 2013 –- Edward Pachetti has joined Child’s Play Communications as Account Supervisor, in the agency’s growing technology group.

Child’s Play Communications specializes in connecting companies with moms, through traditional public relations, social media, word-of-mouth communications and online marketing. The agency is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2013.

Pachetti brings more than 16 years of public relations experience to the agency.

As a consultant for the past two years, he represented educational clients including Baruch College and the Kaplan Education Foundation.  Immediately prior to that, he was Director of Communications at the global education company Kaplan, Inc., implementing various internal and external communications initiatives, including building and launching a social media strategy and platform.

Previously, he was an Account Supervisor in the Global Technology Practice of Ketchum, a public relations and marketing agency, where he provided strategic council for several high-level clients including IBM, Nokia and Kodak.

Pachetti also worked for many years as the Public Relations Manager for NY1 News, NY1 Noticias and Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey.
